We're at the southern end of that storm that's wrecking havoc on the south. We're fortunate in that we haven't lost power or had any major problems. We know of others in our area who have and other parts of the country are having a difficult time of it. Here are a few pictures of the trees around our house glazed in ice.
When I heard about the ice storm heading for the South, it was unnerving. I hope things don't get too out of control for you guys! The pictures are actually quite beautiful, especially the last one.
ReplyDeleteLovely pics, Sara! I posted some of ours with a lot of snow on FB and at the Forum.
ReplyDeleteLuckily It hasn't that hard in my neck of the woods. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteYep it's here too but the lows are in the mid 30s so no ice or snow in the SE GA
ReplyDeleteFortunately, we got more snow than ice this time. (central NC) I do detest all the ice and hassles it brings. Snow, at least, is pretty.
ReplyDeleteIce storms do make for gorgeous photos, don't they? I hope spring comes soon for you guys!
ReplyDeleteSO cool! We haven't had much snow in my area. It seems to have hit all around us but missed Nashville.
ReplyDeleteI mentioned you in this week's blog. Thank you for the inspiration!
