Today life hit me like a truck. A big truck. I don't know what it feels like to be run over by a semi but it can't be comfortable. So, I don't have a post and can't scrape together enough brain cells to think of one so I'm leaving you with a link to an interview with agent Russell Galen. I thought it was really interesting, hopefully you'll enjoy it too.
See you all later this week.
That's okay if you don't always have a post- I enjoy your links too!
ReplyDeleteThanks Rose, I like sharing links and reading links others share. I find things I never would have otherwise.
DeleteHope you get away from that truck. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm running away as we speak :)
DeleteThanks for the link, Sara. I have those days, too. I call them my "Mack Truck" days. Take care. :)
ReplyDeleteLol, that's a great name, I may have to borrow that.
DeleteYou're allowed an off day, Sara!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Zan. Um, how about an off week?
DeleteHope you perk up soon Sara!
ReplyDeleteThanks, today is a little better.
DeleteI hope you recover soon!
ReplyDeleteThanks Emily, though I'm not catching up to your word count.
DeleteI hope this week gets better! I know we all have those days and they suck. Thanks for the link. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Donna, It'll be better Friday night!
DeleteI hope you feel better soon, Sara! See you around later this week! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Livia.
DeleteI've actually been hit by a truck. It wasn't a semi, just a pickup, but it hurt. Flew me through the air, whereupon I landed on my knees. I was 16. My girlfriend and I had just left the matinee. We'd watched Bonnie and Clyde. Yes, I thought that was poignant. Today I can't wash floors without those rubbery knee pad thingies. Most days I just use a mop and stand upright. I don't bend as well as I used to. Sara! You could have written a post on bending not so good. Next time!
ReplyDeleteOuch, now I feel bad for whining. Though I hear you on the bending thing, mine is just arthritis though.
DeleteHa! The line "I don't know what it feels like to be run over by a semi but it can't be comfortable" made me laugh out loud. At least when you feel like crap, you still have a sense of humor! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Peggy. Glad I could make you laugh.
DeleteLife sucks. That's why I drink Box of Wine. My band Terminally Ill wrote a song about it. You should check out my band Terminally Ill on the blog I have about them.
ReplyDeleteYou should plot your revenge on the semi.... when you're feeling better that is. (:
ReplyDeleteThanks for the link.
Oh, I"m plotting revenge all right!
DeleteThat sounds no bueno :( I hope the rest of your Monday was better!
ReplyDeleteWe're still recovering but at least it didn't get even worse.
DeleteI hope you feel better today.
ReplyDeleteThanks Cynthia.
DeleteHope you're feeling better. I have to admit, I did giggle at the line "run over by a semi" because semi has an entirely different meaning in Scotland... but I will leave it to your imagination. Thanks for the link!
ReplyDeleteSorry about the translation differences. Glad I could make you laugh though!
DeleteYes! I read that link yesterday! I always find agent interviews fun. And man... I hear you... I hope today is better!!!!! :/
ReplyDeleteI love agent interviews too! I read all I can find.
DeleteLay down and read a good book. That always makes me feel better :)
ReplyDeleteReading always helps!
DeleteHope your week is looking up! Gosh, it'd be awesome to have an agent fighting for one's writing...
ReplyDeleteIt's the writers' dream.
DeletePS: You'll be receiving The Liebster Blog Award from me tomorrow!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteHope you feel much better soon!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Caitlin.
DeleteI hope you're feeling better now. Have a blessed mid-week.
ReplyDeleteThanks and you too!
