Show Me a Story

Sorry this post is so late. It's been one of those days.

We've all heard to show not tell.  Yet for new writers (and sometimes experienced ones) that can be fairly vague and difficult to do.  Writer Unboxed had a great post on showing vs telling.

    1. I know, I've actually been hit on all sides with showing vs telling recently. I think that means someone is trying to tell me something and I better pay attention during my next round of edits.

  6. Show not tell is that bit of advice that your parents give you that you really want to ignore even though they're right. But maybe that's just me :D
